WHAT WE OFFER

CashBiz Finance (CBF) offers small loans to customers over short periods, ranging from one week to one year. This includes urban and rural lending. Targeted markets include, public and private sector employees, small farmers and owners of retail outlets such as bars, hair salons, and woodwork and furniture manufacturers. We also assist our customers with financial planning and budgeting.

Loans We Offer

Wide range of Loans and business services

1. Personal Loan 

This is a loan facility which allows customers to access loans for personal reasons such as school fees, medical bills and other emergencies (no guarantor required). The loan has a maximum limit of J$30,000.00 with a repayment term of up to six (6) months. Small items such as jewellery, small equipment or appliances, life insurance contact, motor vehicle title or land title are normally held until loans are repaid. 

2. Small Business Loan 

This is designed for micro entrepreneurs with viable business ideas, but who do not have the collateral requirement to obtain a loan from the traditional financial institutions. Customers are required to sign over ownership rights of household items, or business assets to CBF as a form of collateral for these loans. Maximum available amount is J$75,000.

3. Payday Loan 

This loan facility is offered to employed persons, and is normally recovered via salary deduction. No collateral security is required. Maximum loan that may be granted is J$75,000 with repayment up to twelve (12) months. These loans are repaid via salary deductions, bank standing orders may be accepted for persons whose salaries are deposited directly to their bank

 

Requirements to Apply

Applicants are required to provide the following documentation:

  • Letter of recommendation/ character reference
  • Proof of income - Last two (2) job pay slips or bank statement for the last 6 months
  • Taxpayer Registration Number (TRN)
  • Valid picture identification e.g. Voters ID, Driver’s License or Passport
  • Proof of address e.g. Last utility bill in applicant's name
  • Two references - Name address, telephone number of references

      *We accept assets(collateral security) or important documents in support of loans that are not salary deducted. Assets   must however have a market value of at least twice the value of the loan.  These include laptops, flat screen TV, Tools, Equipment, Jewellery, etc. In order to make loans easily accessible, we also hold important documents such as motor vehicle title, life insurance contracts etc. However these are only available for relatively small loan amounts.
